Every session is different because every person is different. We'll begin by talking about what you're experiencing, then use grounding practices, conversation, and healing techniques that feel right for you. There's nothing you need to prepare or "do right."

Absolutely. Many of the women I work with are completely new to this. You don't need any experience or special beliefs. Just come as you are with an open mind.

I highly recommend reading Soul Hygiene 101 to get a feel for the work we will do. But in general, if you've been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself, or like you're carrying too much on your own, this is a supportive place to begin. If you're unsure, booking a consultation is a great first step.

Yes. On Sundays at 11am CST you can join me on Sharewell for virtual group energy resets. All other 1-1 sessions are held over the phone. So you can receive support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
